Leadership Durham is a community leadership program. We provide community-driven leadership training for active and emerging leaders with dynamic, in-depth group training sessions curated by industry professionals. Through community collaboration participants will gain the confidence and skills needed to emerge as leaders of tomorrow.

A critical component of the Leadership Durham curriculum is the Community Project, where participants collaborate with Durham-based non-profit organizations and give back to their community. By connecting non-profit organizations with emerging leaders from the public, private and non-profit sector, we can address community issues while fostering collaboration.

The Leadership Durham program is comprised of Learning Days, each with it’s own location, theme, and speakers. Our visit to OPG’s Darlington Training Centre was just one of the many stops to local businesses and organizations on our most recent bus tour!

Did you know that our social media takeover is happening RIGHT THIS SECOND? We handed the keys to our accounts over to our participants so they can give us an inside look at their day to day leadership style. Make sure you’re following us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter so you don’t miss a thing!
