WHAT IS LEADERSHIP DURHAM?

 

Leadership Durham is a community leadership program. We provide community-driven leadership training for active and emerging leaders with dynamic, in-depth group training sessions curated by industry professionals.

Through community collaboration participants will gain the confidence and skills needed to emerge as leaders of tomorrow. Our program is comprised of an opening retreat, monthly learning days, group community projects, and a year end graduation ceremony.

Community Leadership Programs are broadly based and community focused. They foster community knowledge for existing and emerging leaders by communicating the issues, challenges and opportunities facing a community. These programs provide professional development to those acknowledged as having the skills to advance within the workplace and make positive change for the region of Durham and its residents.
