This is an opportunity for service providers, specifically those working in social and healthcare services, to learn about a variety of topics that impact the ability to access services by marginalized communities.

We will discuss the impact of power & privilege and the role of unconscious bias in our work, diversity and inclusion as a continual process for institutions, the need to expand the definition of harm reduction to include communities of colour, and finally we will discuss the differences between sex work and sex trafficking, and how not addressing these differences impact both sex workers and survivors of sex trafficking.
